DESCRIPTION

Polyurethane foam requires absolute protection from both UV and weather to perform as external roof insulation. It is vulnerable to UV damage if not coated within five hours of application. Consequently, the choice of a durable coating is incredibly important.

The Topps Seal® liquid applied roof sealant provides seamless protection that weathers both conditions extremely well. Use Topps Seal® solvent based 100% rubber only over new PUF installations for ultimate protection. This system is not for use over previously coated foam. The foam texture must be orange peel or better and in excellent condition applied at PUF manufacturer’s specification.
