LOW COST METAL ROOF COOLING AND PROTECTION

Basic Coating for Metal

• Designed for minimal-need, low-cost applications for cooling and basic protection of metal roofs that have a stable substrate, are free of moisture, ponding and have a minimum of 1/4″ per foot slope with positive drainage.
• Basic coating protection with our ENERGY STAR® certified Topps Seal® provides all of the basic cooling and UV protection benefits.
• Use Topps repair and reinforcement compounds selectively as needed.

ROOF RESTORATION AND MAINTENANCE SYSTEM FOR METAL ROOFS

System 1000

• A complete, seamless restoration process for Metal Roofs seals, prevents leaks, corrosion.
• Provides an ENERGY STAR bright white reflective surface which can drop peak energy cooling demand by up to 15%.
• Controls leaks, rust, fasteners and flashings in a timely matter.

System 1000WB (Water Based)

• Provides 100% elastomeric protection that is ENERGY STAR ^®; qualified as a top performing roof coating for cooling.
• Weather-resistant protective finish in this solution provides protection and maintenance with near zero VOC for locations where more rigorous VOC standards apply.
• The synthetic coating cures fully into a seam-free membrane that self-adheres to the roof, defending against UV and weathering attack within hours.

System 1100 – Concrete

• This complete, seamless protective all rubber finish damp-proofs, provides an ENERGY STAR ^®; bright white reflective surface for your concrete roof that instantly cools and can reduce peak energy cooling demand by up to 15%, simultaneously blocking 100% of the damaging UV from reaching your original roof.
• This solution is best when minimal work is required, and the performance relies on the integrity of the existing roof.

System 1100 – Mod-Bit-BUR

• This complete, seamless protective all rubber finish damp-proofs, provides an ENERGY STAR ®; bright white reflective surface for your modified bitumen, or BUR roof.
• Instantly cools and can reduce peak energy cooling demand by up to 15%, simultaneously blocking 100% of the damaging UV from reaching your original roof.
• This solution is best when minimal work is required, and the performance relies on the integrity of the existing roof.

System 1300

• The Topps Seal® liquid applied roof sealant provides seamless protection that weathers both conditions extremely well.
• Use Topps Seal® solvent based 100% rubber only over new polyurethane foam installations for ultimate protection.
• This system is not for use over previously coated foam and the foam texture must be orange peel or better and in excellent condition applied at PUF manufacturer’s specification.

System 1500

• EPDM single-ply roofing is widely recognized as among the most resilient materials for flat roofs. Now, they also can be re-clad to brilliant white, ENERGY STAR ® Topps Seal® efficiency with a re-rubber System 1500 application.
• Protection and white conversion of mechanically adhered EPDM takes effect immediately. The match and compatibility of the Topps® physical properties to EPDM rubber allows the two to become like one. Its low application cost saves waste and landfills, too.

System 1600

• Roof maintenance extends the life of PVC roofs that are in sound condition.
• This maintenance application resurfaces fully adhered (non-ballasted) roofing that is in sound condition (no splits, tears, hail damage, or leaks) that no longer is covered by manufacturer’s warranty.
• It is for performing roofs with good drainage whose owners are interested in extending the performance of their system by reinforcing the seams and applying a protective ENERGY STAR ^® compliant, highly reflective new weathering surface that is designed to cool and protect roofs.

System 1700

• This maintenance application resurfaces fully adhered (non-ballasted) roofing that is in sound condition (no splits, tears, hail damage, or leaks) that no longer is covered by manufacturer’s warranty.
• It is for performing roofs with good drainage whose owners are interested in extending the performance of their system by reinforcing the seams and applying a protective ENERGY STAR^® compliant highly reflective new weathering surface.
• Designed to cool and protect roofs.

System 5000 – Concrete

• This full service, fully reinforced capping system gives you a maintenance procedure for your Concrete roofing that is well adhered and in sound condition.
• This durable and completely reinforced system seals, reinforces, and extends the life of well adhered Concrete roofing that needs the extra reinforcement of a continuous mesh that is encased inside the coating.
• The 1-step installation procedure after roof preparation incorporates the tough PolyCore™ II polyester web as its core. It applies directly to the existing roof, saving the tear-off labor costs and expense of replacement.
• The insulation and underlayment must be dry and in good condition. Application goes on without tear-off and business interruption.
