​This 18,000 square foot roof was a perfect example of a building “not needing a new roof, but a better roof”. Structurally sound and without any major leakage problems – Cintas wanted to keep it that way! Seams and rivets were treated with Seam/RivetGuard™. A layer of Topps Seal® Base coat created a smooth seamless base for the final Topps Seal® coat. This roof is a testament to preventive maintenance.
