This 20 year old bottling plant still had the original coating on it. There were numerous leaks and about 1/4 of the 40,000 square foot roof was covered with rust. They needed a solution and a roof cooling coating. Topps Seal® WB was chosen for its low VOC properties. All leaks were successfully stopped and a bright white, ENERGY STAR® coating was applied.
