PVC SINGLE-PLY ROOF SYSTEM

PVC is a plastic material known for its affordability and durability. In roofing membranes, special additives help enhance the material’s flexibility and UV stability. PVC membranes come in white and grey and can be used in single-ply or hybrid component systems with a modified base sheet.

VC 8″ STRIPPING EDGE

The PVC 8” Stripping Edge is specifically designed to be used as a strip-in membrane for PVC Clad Metal ends and joints, Weldtite Plus FB Roofing Membrane end joint details or for patch installations.

PVC COATED METAL

PVC Coated Metal is a galvanized steel sheet with a laminate of non-reinforced PVC flashing. The sheet is cut into the appropriate width and used to fabricate metal drip edges or other roof perimeter edging profiles.

PVC FB WB SUBSTRATE ADHESIVE

PVC FB WB Substrate Adhesive is a unique roofing adhesive formulation for use with cold application of the WeldTite FB System. This adhesive should be applied into a uniform thickness with a brush, squeegee or roller.

PVC HEAT WELDABLE WALKWAY ROLLS

PVC Heat Weldable Walkway Roll is designed to protect WeldTite membrane in those areas exposed to repetitive foot traffic and other hazards.

PVC INSIDE CORNERS

PVC Inside Comers are pre-molded and are used for flashing the inside corners on a variety of details. Installation is fast and easy with no cutting or stretching required.

PVC OUTSIDE CORNERS

PVC Outside Corners are pre-molded and are used for flashing outside corners. Installation is fast and easy with no cutting or stretching required.

PVC PIPE BOOT

The PVC Pipe Boot is an injection-molded, pre-formed flashing for pipes 1” (25.4 mm) to 6” (152.4 mm) in diameter. PVC Pipe Boots are packaged in boxes of eight and come with universal clamping rings.

PVC SPLIT PIPE SEAL

PVC Split Pipe Seals are fabricated flashings made of 60-mil reinforced WeldTite membrane for pipes 1-inch (25.4 mm) to 6-inches (152.4 mm) in diameter. Other color and sizes are available on a special order basis.

PVC T-JOINT COVER

PVC T-Joint Covers are used to seal step-offs at splice intersections. Installation is mandatory on all 60-, and 80-mil PVC systems and on 50-mil systems where step-offs have not been properly sealed. PVC T-Joint Covers are made from 40-mil non-reinforced flashing cut into a 4.5” diameter circle.

PVC WB BONDING ADHESIVE

PVC WB Bonding Adhesive is a water based adhesive designed specifically for the installation of fully adhered PVC and Elvaloy roof membrane systems to a variety of approved substrates, as well as vertical attachment of the membrane.

The Weldtite 50 mil PVC (polyvinyl chloride) Roofing Membrane is a high-performance thermoplastic membrane designed for mechanically attached or adhered roofing applications. The Weldtite 50 mil PVC is produced with high grade polyvinyl chloride resins into a polyester reinforced roofing membrane with built in chemical, UV and fire resistance.
