Buena pregunta. Es dif\u00edcil, si no imposible, rociar una capa uniformemente en su techo comercial. Cuando aplica solo una capa de revestimiento para techos, corre demasiado riesgo de que algunas \u00e1reas sean demasiado delgadas. Dado que una cadena es tan fuerte como su eslab\u00f3n m\u00e1s d\u00e9bil, la mayor\u00eda de los fabricantes de revestimientos para techos recomiendan aplicar 2 capas a un techo comercial. Adem\u00e1s, si se aplica una capa de techo demasiado gruesa, en algunos casos se hundir\u00e1 antes de que se seque o se produzcan otros defectos.
