Topps Products, IncDear Sirs, Just a note to let you know how pleased we are with our TOPPS coating on the buildings you did for us. Although we did have a number of leaks to start with, your people were diligent in returning quickly and trying to find them. It took a number of trips but we have a leak-proof roof now even after the heavy rains we finally received. The only problem I have is the fact that we only coated two of our buildings. You remember I decided not to coat the taller building as I figured it was so tall I didn't need to worry about the heat reduction. The roof didn't leak and we only work in that building when we fabricate large tanks and items we need the overhead crane for. We had a number of tanks this summer and I had my guys complaining about having to work in the tank shop because it was so hot. They are used to working in the other building with the coating and even though it has a lower roof, it is so much cooler than the higher roof without the coating. ...
