STATE OF COLORADODEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION August 2, 2006 Dear Sirs, I would like to thank you for all your work you have done to our Region Maintenance Buildings. The product you use (Topps Seal) and the installation you have done were completed in a very professional way. I would like to make a few comments on the TOPPS product you have installed for us. The first building you restored had a few leaks and was very hot inside, but after you installed your TOPPS product to our roofs it has made a big difference on the inside of the building. You stopped the leaks so now we do not need to worry about mold issues that we were dealing with. In addition, the rest of our Region that you have done (which were 16 buildings) made a difference in our heating and cooling bills by 30% on an overall average. This is a humongous decrease.
