Concerning our job completed about four-years ago using Topps Seal for our 60,000 square-foot self-storage operation, we're very pleased with the results. It has lived up to be everything we had hoped for. One never expects a follow up call from a company with roofing; I was taken back but appreciate your call.

The situation came about due to a severe hail storm in the St. Louis area. It damaged the finish, however the metal remained sound.

The insurance company agreed that Topps would provide the best finish and recommended using your system. I preferred your system over anything else, and certainly as opposed to the business interruption of the roof tear off and replacement option. That was not a good option for us so I was glad to learn about the Topps system.

Our 5-year old roof still looks and performs like a new roof and we expect it to continue to do so. There is every reason to believe it will. It doesn't look any different from the day it was applied.
